TERMS OF REFERENCE PROJECT TITLE: BENEFICIARY ENTERPRISE: CONSULTANT: PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS DESIGN AND WEBSITE IMPLEMENTATION EPA TRAINING CENTER ARTUR TOMOR HIMÇI 1. Background 1.1. Description of enterprise Epa Training Center was founded in April 2012. The aim of this business is to offer quality training in foreign languages, finance and computer programs . In the first year there were three people employed and now there are 5 people teaching different languages and skills . This training center is mostly focused in trainings for employment purpose . The programs have a special design and a different curricula from the general courses. Epa Training Center operates throughout the year offering its services to the individuals or companies 1.2 Business need As the center offers a variety of programs the target clients are of different groups of society. The center needs to adress the programs properly and advertise them in the best possible way. Combining a well designed field work with quality advertising materials and ways ,the center aims to raise the number of students ,therefore increasing the profits and the impact in improving the performance of the clients in their jobs or studies. As the migration and studies overseas are part of the services ,having the means for facilitating the application would be beneficiary for both sides. 2. Project Description 2.1 Objectives of the consulting services The overall objective of the consultancy project is to improve market performance for EPA Training Center. Specific objectives include: Expand clients’ portfolio of EPA; New improved image created through a new brand identity and promotional materials; Increased visibility through the new website. The company expects that one year after completion and upon project implementation the following indicators could be achieved: increase in sales volume by 20% within one year; increase in turnover by 20% within one year; Increase in the EPA client base by 20% within one year. 1 2.2. Scope of services The consultancy project will aim to create the company’s corporate identity which will include the design and implementation of a package of visual identity elements and the introduction of new promotional tools. Corporate identity development and design of promotional materials The consultant will start project implementation with the development of company’s brand identity and will prepare a set of promotional materials. Specifically, the consultant will: Design the company logo and prepare the branding manual which will include guidelines on proper logo application; Design company stationeries including envelopes, letters-head and business cards, bin folder, bags, flag, envelope; Design the following promotional materials: - A Flyer which will include information on company profile, products, location and contacts. Its dimensions will be A4 folded in 210:100 mm. 2.2.2 Website design and development During this phase the consultant will carry out the graphic design and website development for the company. It will include the following actions: - Layout design will include the graphic layout, programing of website sections such as company profile, language courses, prices, on line registration, reservated section account ( for specific info, lextures online, specific links and courses documents, Frequetly Asked Question page ecc) , photo and video gallery, contacts; - The website will be developed based on the CMS (content management system) for data input and updates and it will be SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). The language code to be used is PHP, SHTML, XHTML. It will include elaboration of data base Oracle SQL language; - The website will be programmed in Albanian and English and the consultant will prepare Front End and Back End User Administration manuals; - Online testing and publication will follow the text input and data entry. 3. Implementation arrangements The project will be carried out according to implementation schedule as set below. The consultant will hold regular meetings at the beneficiary enterprise to report on the progress and advice on next steps. All brainstorming and presentation sessions will be held at the beneficiary's premises. The company management will be informed on the project progress during the review meeting with the consultant. The beneficiary should provide the consultant with all necessary and relevant information and delegate staff for proper implementation of the project. 2 3.1 Schedule The project is expected to start on 7 june 2014 and is envisaged to be completed by 14 Julay 2014.
