Day I Actions: 18 June 2002
Document and post TMDE LCSC action item listing to
ALCON and provide periodic status update as directed by
NAVSEA 04L52
Mr. Diver requested that NAVSEA invite CNCTC, CNET,
SPAWAR, Naval Media Center, Naval Reserve, Naval
Medical Command and Logistics command representatives to
attend next years LCSC conference.
Post Web site URL to ALCON
Re. Mr. Chergoski’s Program Priorities briefing. Mr. Waller
requested that NAVSEA keep him informed as to the
PEOs/SYSCOMs we are working with and provide the
briefing schedule and results of PEO/SYSCOM meetings as
they occur.
LCDR Tuohy requested a listing of ISEAS to contact for
various engineering groups who support various areas of lab
support. Mr. Fritzche will provide the list and suggested
contact Corona on any questions or issues re. Lab support.
Will include list when sending the minutes out.
Mr. Waller requested that NAVSEA make the Single
SYSCOM effort a number one priority on Mr. Chergoski’s list
of program priorities and make a long-term goal to move
SPETERL into COSAL as the ships allowancing document.
Inventory what SCATs can be combined with SCAT 4236 and
develop NAVSEA PD.
Day II Actions: 19 June 2002
Chief McClellan, NTTU Keesler AFB: One big issue is
phased replacement of test equipment. Kathy Saunders took an
action to identify funding line and make proper contacts to
help resolve the issue and work it through the TAMS EB or
CNET.

Ms. Heldreth has action to draft a NAVSEA 04 e-mail to
determine who builds and introduces the Rubidium frequency
standards across the PEOs and what maintenance is required.
Ms. Heldreth will seek inputs from TYCOMSs to determine
how we want to SCAT Code SPEETE frequency standard
mark/mods on configuration worthy SPEETE and what the
requirements are.
Mr. Waller requested that Ms. Levya prepare a feedback report
on the multiple concerns from the January 2002 LANTFLT
METCAL WG issues and provide a list of all the auditors.
Provide both to Mr. Waller and Mr. Masuko.
Schedule next LCSC for June 2003 in DC area
Gair Brown took action to provide his fiber optic allowance
spreadsheet to TYCOMs for review and comment and for
ultimate entry into SPETERLs once the agreed to allowances
are determined.
NAVSEA 04M will develop a certified vendor list for
calibration services and a process for keeping it current.
Mr. Chergoski took action to report back on NEMIAS.
Ken Felix will develop issue paper on virtual TE cal
requirements and report out at TAMS EB
