The PDS building, now the new home of Sipayik Environmental and Planning Departments, needs to have the 30’ x 60’ garage modified into an environmental lab. Construction: Aquarelle wall hfs covering or similar to 8' Water resistant paint above 8' in tankroom and workshop cut drainage or perimeter drain into tank room floor Paint seal floor frame out wall at ~30', 6" thick install two energy efficient windows drop ceiling at 8' in lab room only frame out and wall board 10' x 8' x 8' room frame out and wall board 3' x 8' x 8' closet replace overhead door with carriage doors made of singcore door in workshop Sonotube or slab to support oil tank build oil tank shed, vent from furnace room Plumbing: 32" x 32" shower installed in bathroom with rain style shower head, hot & cold water utility sink and in-sinkerator in furnace room eye wash station water to sink lab benches (2) drop-down spigot in tank room move oil tank/s outside Electrical: Two heat pumps for heat and A/C 220V close to new wall near curtain, 1 plug in workshop, 1 in lab, 1 in tank room 6 ethernet CAT6 connections: 1 in Tank room, 3 on lab bench wall, 1 to island, 1 to microscope room Drop down electrical to island 110v 20 amp power in microscope room (4 outlets) 110v 20 amp power at 4' height in external channel from door in new wall, above benches in lab to existing door in existing interior wall, outlet every 6' Please contact Marvin Cling or Asha Ajmani at 853-2600 to view the space on 10/6 or 10/9.
