My Behavior Plan
I know that sometimes when I feel like my work is too hard, I get frustrated and angry.
I know that it is okay to feel angry, but I have to make good choices about how to express my anger.
I will be in charge of my behavior and my behavior plan.
At the times listed on my chart, I will think about the choices I made.
Good Choices
Bad Choices
Try all tasks my teacher gives me. If I
don’t know how, raise my hand and ask
for help.
Complain, bang my head or kick my
desk, argue, play around, or refuse to
work.
If I made good choices, I will get a sticker from Mrs. Washburn or Mrs. Powell to put on my chart.
If I made bad choices, I will not.
At the end of the day, I will count my stickers.
If I earned all 3 stickers that day, I will get my special visits.
If I didn’t earn 3 stickers that day, I will not.
If I get 10 or more stickers for the week >>>>>>> I will get my $10 allowance.
If I get less than 10 stickers >>>>>>>>>>> I will not get my allowance.
My mom and I will decide together what reward or consequence I should have each week.

prevent him from becoming frustrated, provide the sticker chart for him, help him fill out his behavior
plan, and arrange for his rewards. I will give him stickers for his chart when he does a good job and
make sure his mom knows how his day was by sending the chart home in his BEE Book. I will do
everything I can to help ______ realize his potential and encourage him, because I believe he is smart
and HE CAN DO IT!

I promise to help ______ make good choices by checking his sticker chart each afternoon. If he gets 10
or more stickers during the week, I will give him a reward at home. If he gets less than 10, I will make
sure he has a consequence. I will sign his sticker chart each night and send it back to school the next
day. I will also encourage ______ and make sure he has assistance with his homework so that he can
feel successful, and let his teacher know if I need help with doing this. I promise not to punish ______
for earning poor grades on any assignment and to continue to show my understanding with his level of
development because I believe he is smart and HE CAN DO IT!

My Promise
I promise to try to make good choices. I will fill out my sticker chart each day and show it to my mom so
she can give me rewards or consequences. I understand that if I am disrespectful to any of my
teachers, or if I kick, hit, or punch any thing or anyone, I will not be allowed to stay in class. I will be sent
immediately to the office with a referral and my mom will be called. I promise to try my best on all
assignments, and to accept whatever help my teacher can give me without talking back, banging my
head, or refusing to work. I understand that she can’t help me with every question on every assignment,
and that she can’t help at all during certain assignments because she needs to see how much I can do
on my own in order to help me later on. If my teacher doesn’t give me as much help as I want, I promise
to keep trying, anyway. I will remember that it’s okay not to know everything and to have the wrong
answers sometimes. I will believe in myself and remember that I am still learning and give myself
permission to make mistakes. I believe that I am smart and I CAN DO IT!
