Check In to Personal Effectiveness – Two Day Programme
The Check In programme has been developed for individuals from business
and the community who wish to improve their overall effectiveness within
their roles while gaining more tangible connections with their values and
goals. Participants will develop a deeper awareness of what they are
working towards and where they are currently on that journey.

A blend of ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ techniques, the first day of the programme
focuses on self, allowing delegates to connect with their values and goals,
review their overall success and identify strategies to improve their balance
and effectiveness. A special stress & state management module will wrap
up day 1.
On day 2, participants will learn how building strong Emotional Intelligence
can leverage great success in life and business alike. Delegates will gain a
deep awareness of their own EQ-i® through assessment and coaching on
the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory and will develop personal
strategies to develop and improve their EQ-i®.
The second element of day 2 introduces delegates to the importance of
mindset management through Positive Psychology.

Programme Director – Eve Bulman MMII Grad
Eve Bulman has worked in the area of learning & development since 2000
and in this time has built extensive experience and a special flair for
innovative needs assessment, design and delivery of training programmes
for a wide variety of audiences.
Focusing on the areas of soft skills, personal development, management
development, training and coaching during her career, Eve has held training
specialist, lead and management development specialist roles in one of
Ireland’s leading financial institutions and a major blue-chip technology
organisation based in Dublin, Ireland. Eve has worked with audiences based
all over the globe including Europe, US and India. Eve currently runs her
own training and coaching business and works with large and medium sized
organisations.
Eve holds a Graduateship in Marketing with the Marketing Institute of
Ireland & DIT, is Psychometrics Level A & B accredited, holds a Diploma in
Business, Executive & Personal Coaching from Coach Institute of Ireland, is
one of the few licensed practitioners of Insights Discovery in Ireland and has
recently completed accreditation to administer, deliver and coach in BarOn
Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i®), the first scientifically developed and
most validated measure of emotional intelligence in the world.
Programme Contributor - Sara Morrissey – Yoga Teacher
Sara will facilitate the Stress & State Management module on day 1.
Sara began taking Hatha yoga classes in 1998, her interest was piqued and
she began a teacher-training course with the Yoga Therapy and Training
Centre (YTTC) in 2004. Since then she has received her Hatha yoga-teaching
certificate from YTTC and a postgraduate teaching certificate from Yoga
Therapy Ireland. She has also attained certificates in Yoga Therapy for
Arthritis, Back Conditions, Heart Conditions, Respiratory Conditions, Stressrelated Conditions and Women's Health. She continues her training in Yoga
Therapy with the YTTC with the goal of receiving a full diploma in Yoga
Therapy. More recently, Sara has begun Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training. Her
primary teaching role to date has been in the Dublin City University Yoga
Club since 2004, including yoga modules for the DCU GAA Academy. She
also teaches yoga in Spin Dance and Fitness studio and has taught on yoga
holidays both in Ireland and Portugal. Primarily teaching hatha yoga, Sara
mixes her styles, tailoring the class to its participants and including body,
breath and meditation elements.
Programme Contributor - Allison Keating MSc, BSc, Master NLP
Allison will facilitate the day 2 module on Positive Psychology. She will also
join the group for lunch on day 2.
Allison holds an MSc., in Work and Organisational Psychology a BSc., in
Behavioural Psychology, a Certificate in Adult Guidance and Career
Counselling, a Master Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, a
Life and Business Coach, Emotional Intelligence and an advocate for Positive
Psychology and ‘how to’ apply it in your daily life. Allison runs a well
established Psychology and Coaching clinic in Malahide and works with a
variety of clients including corporate like Celestica, Aer Lingus and Diageo
and 1:1 personal clients. A regular Psychological contributor on TV3’s
Ireland AM, all radio stations, and newspapers focusing people in the right
direction and allowing them the space to become directive and in control of
their lives.

Cancellations: 20% deposit non refundable. On cancellation of programme within
21-14 days prior to course date, a further 10% will be chargeable. On cancellation
of programme within 14-7 days of course date, a further 30% will be chargeable.
On cancellations received within 7 days of course date, full course fee will be
charged unless place is transferred to another date.

