Each fraction by determined 7 concentration, which were 15,625 ppm, 31,25 ppm, 62,5 ppm, 125 ppm, 250 ppm, 500 ppm, and 1000 ppm. Each treatment was replied three times. The result of test was known that n-hexane extract has highest toxicity with LC50 582,18 ppm. Besides, methanol extract have LC50 554,26 ppm and ethyl acetate extract have LC50 172,18 ppm.
