

managers and employees for public and private sector in business and industry, government

Appeared on and was interviewed regarding sexual harassment issues for local, state, national
and international television and radio programs and newspaper, magazine and professional
journal articles such as NBC Nightly News, Donahue, World News Tonight; New York Times,

Consulted with organizations by coaching those employees requiring 1:1 coaching to stop
their inappropriate and/or harassing behavior

Conducted harassment investigations; trained professionals on how to investigate complaints
of harassment; made determinations as to whether harassment occurred with recommendations on resolving the cases

Conducted field research on sex discrimination and sexual harassment in workplaces in
several cities in Poland resulting in formal report to the United Nations and organizations,
agencies, and the government of Poland

Published first book in the United States on the issue of sexual harassment to teens

Consulted with the Israeli Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports on sexual harassment,
policy and procedure; trained educators, psychologists and school administrators in Jerusalem
on sexual harassment curriculum, prevention and intervention

Conducted research measuring the relationship between workplace bullying and gender
harassment to males and females

Awarded "Excellence in Educational Equity Award" by the Minnesota Department
of Education for pioneering work done on the issue of sexual harassment in education

Recognized need and conducted a study on sexual harassment to students in secondary
schools; published results of study as the first research article published in a professional
journal on the issue

Assisted Minnesota Attorney General in the passage of two bills requiring sexual
harassment/violence policies in K-12 and post secondary educational institutions
by: providing testimony at legislative sessions, soliciting others to testify at same,
providing data from my secondary sexual harassment study to the "Attorney General's
Task Force on Sexual Violence Towards Women Report" used as rationale for the bills

Assisted Minnesota Attorney General in researching sexual harassment/violence in
elementary, secondary and post secondary institutions in Minnesota

Selected as team member to develop the sexual harassment/violence policy for Minnesota
State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU), used by all Minnesota community and technical
colleges and state universities; did the same with the Minnesota High School League
impacting all Minnesota secondary students involved in fine arts and athletic activities

Designed and developed Minnesota Community College sexual harassment training materials
and manual to be used by those colleges in training staff and students on workplace and
education harassment; conducted Train the Trainer session for future trainers of the material
in their respective colleges.
