Course Summary:
This course teaches students about our legal system and how it directly affects them as a citizen of the United
States, as well as, its impact on business. Legal concepts are uncovered through case scenarios, mock trials, legal role-playing on film, and a visit to the court house to watch a real live case.

Analyze a contract to determine if it is legally binding based on the elements it entails
