Mr. XXXXX, Senior Medical/Healthcare Executive, has lectured on emerging industry trends
including digital technology at the UCLA Graduate School, and has authored a White Paper
titled, “The Next Generation Healthcare Company, How to Transform the Bricks/Mortar

Mr. XXXXX is a senior executive with over 27 years of experience in the consumer products and
beverage industry. He has extensive experience in managing a business unit, marketing, sales, business
development and managing the P&L. He has held senior level management positions at XXXXX XXXX
of North America, a division of XXXXX Group, XXXXXX XXXX Products, a division of XXXXX
Corporation, and XXXXX, a division of XXXXXX XXXXX.
Throughout his career Mr. XXXXX has been responsible for developing strategies and tactics which
accelerated sales growth and improved profitability of key business units. He was responsible for
increasing revenues in the retail business of XXXXX Products from $32 million to $110 million from

cost drivers and investment in infrastructure improvements. Costs were reduced over $6 million
by improving supply chain efficiencies, lowering materials costs, and increasing manufacturing
efficiencies. Marketing and promotional spending was also reduced by over $5 million through
the use of processes and procedures which identified ineffective expenditures. Cash flow was
improved through initiatives led by Mr. XXXX to minimize bad debt, reduce trade deductions
and cut Accounts Receivable balances from 5% to 1% of sales.
Mr. XXXXX has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and
international. He led cross-functional teams that identified, evaluated, and negotiated with

Accounting with companies ranging from startup entrepreneurial firms to multi-nationals. He
has a considerable background in accounting systems, policies/procedures, budgeting/planning
and financial analysis. Throughout his career, Mr. XXXXXXXXX has been responsible for
developing internal process solutions.
Most recently he joined a firm (while in early startup formation) focused exclusively on the
