regulatory agencies in Minnesota and Massachusetts and has spent the last 14-years working as a consulting

David Frahm: My work experience includes over 20-years in handling and processing of waste including,
municipal solid waste, regulated medical waste, special wastes, ash, waste water, erosion control, and recycling with
the past 15-years serving as Waste Coordinator for Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. I am an ex-AROW Board
Member and have worked for city and county government in waste management capacities. Over the years, my
duties have included waste/zoning planner, commodity sales, satellite accumulation development, design and
implementation of reusable containers for regulated medical waste and RCRA waste, and equipment
maintenance/purchasing/development. My 18-years in the dairy industry has taught me a great deal about integrated
waste and efficiency models at an early age. I hold a MS-Project Management Degree and have class work
completed towards a Doctorate Degree. My personal motto: Do not place too much confidence in generally
accepted practices; question everything and make change a journey not a destination.
