consultation with staff and service users to agree a set of
values for the Trust. Our values are:

extent to which you feel that we are currently living our recently agreed
values.
We will re-do this survey in six months to find out how much the culture of our
organisation is changing.
The survey should take no more than five minutes and we’ll share the results
