Wesdev Malaysia Sendirian Berhad is a results obtaining Due Diligence &
Private Investigation Services Agency with an elite staff of seasoned
investigators based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Often, our investigators will perform surveillance work. For example, in a case
involving fraudulent worker’s compensation claims, an investigator may carry
out long-term covert observation of the subject. If the investigator observes the
subject performing an activity that contradicts injuries stated in worker’s
compensation claim, the investigator would take video or still photographs to
document the activity and report it to party concerned.

surveillance and contact people who are not available during normal working

conducted in a capable, discreet manner, can provide valuable information,
enabling one to make decisions. The following may assist you in controlling
the cost of any investigation, while increasing the chances of obtaining
positive results and quality photo and video evidence.
To establish a goal, we will focus on why you require an investigation to be
conducted, and those facts you wish to determine.
Wesdev will research the subject and familiarize ourselves with the file or case
subject in question. Before initiating surveillance, we will gather as much
information on your case subject with information you will provide.
With regard to the case, we attempt to verify the accuracy and legitimacy of
all information you are in possession of. We all attempts to confirm details
related to name, identity card number, address, employment, phone number(s),
vehicle(s) registration number, Socso & EPF number and other information
deemed necessary for the particular case.
We will ensure that our personnel assigned to any investigation are capable,
qualified, and skilled and have a maximum level of field experience to handle
the particular assignment. Quite simply, a skilled investigator should rarely be
caught conducting surveillance, no matter how difficult the case.
Whenever possible, we establish secondary dates for our surveillance in order
to work around inclement weather which may contribute to a subject’s
inactivity and diminish the chances at obtaining photos and video evidence.
When possible, we allow our investigators time to establish a plan and to work
around any difficulties encountered in the field. We don’t rush the
investigation because some of the best results are patiently obtained over a
period of time.
We avoid spending time and money on investigations that produce little or no
results. The equivalent of four to seven days should be budgeted for, after
which decisions regarding further surveillance can be made.
