Mid-semester MCQ tests and final exam: information and
instructions
Every student will get:
 the answer card with his/her name and personal ID number
 test booklet
1. The answer card must be signed in the field entitled: “signature” or “podpis”. Name of the
student must also be entered on the first page of the test booklet.
2. The ID number of the student is valid for all mid-semester tests and for final exam. Please
memorize your ID number, because only numbers will be shown in result lists.
3. There are two versions of test booklets. Immediately after receiving the booklet, version
number must be entered in the answer card in appropriate field (see cover of the booklet for
instruction).
4. Each question is accompanied by 4 answers. Only one answer is fully correct.
5. The answers should be marked on the answer card by filling in the appropriate square (A,
B, C, D) with black ink (pencils are NOT allowed!). Please do not exceed the square area (see
cover of the booklet for instruction). The answer cards are read and evaluated automatically
(by a computer-assisted system).
6. It is recommended first to mark the answer in test booklet (you can correct it, when on
second thought the other answer seems better), and then to mark your final answer on the
card. Corrections on the answer card are NOT possible, the computer system skips them).
Only answers on the card (and NOT those in the booklet) are taken under consideration.
7. After completing the test, both answer card and test booklet must be returned. Failure of
doing so will result in disqualification of the student.
8. During the test mobile phones should be switched off.
9. Time of the test: one minute per question.
10. Pass level is 60%. The results will be announced on the website of the department.
