Parador Resort & Spa is located on the Punta Quepos promontory in Costa Rica, surrounded by 12 acres
of wildlife-rich tropical rainforest with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio. Adjacent
to the secluded Playa Biesanz, the resort is just minutes away from the Pez Vela Marina and the famous
Manuel Antonio National Park, voted among “The World’s Most Beautiful National Parks” by Forbes in
2012.

Accommodations
Parador’s 129 accommodations are divided among four separate buildings. All accommodations
offer ocean, jungle or garden views and all of the amenities today’s modern traveler has come
to expect. Every room and suite – including several wheelchair-friendly options – is outfitted with
cable TV, mini- bar, coffee maker, A/C and ceiling fans, safety deposit boxes, iron and board,
hair dryer, and telephone.
Both self-service and concierge laundry facilities and room service are available. Parador’s daily
breakfast buffet is included in the price of all rooms or suites, free WIFI throughout the resort
including the rooms, and golf cart service for guests and luggage on-site.
Garden
Located just steps from the resort’s restaurants, spa and primary pool area, the 25 Garden
rooms access the gardens directly from the terrace. Two queen size beds or one king size bed.
Garden Plus
These 20 rooms boast balconies that overlook the verdant expanse of the rainforest.
Connecting doors between each two rooms makes them a perfect choice for families. Includes
shower and two queen size beds or one king size bed.
Tropical
Conveniently located close to the resort’s restaurants, spa, gift shops and swimming pools,
these rooms are slightly larger than the Garden plus category and sit just below the premium
building. The 30 Tropical rooms are ideal for families sharing the same room and offer partial
ocean and jungle or garden views. Showers with tubs and two queen size beds or one king size
bed.
Premium
Built on a rock high atop the resort’s sprawling grounds, our 12 Premium rooms offer incredible
180-degree ocean and jungle vistas. Premium rooms are accessible via interior and exterior
stairs or a dramatic panoramic incline elevator. They include shower with bathtub and two sinks.
Two queen size beds.
Premium Plus
Situated above the Premium accommodations, these nine beautifully appointed rooms offer a
balcony that opens up to stellar views of the Pacific Ocean coastline. Premium Plus rooms are
accessible via interior and exterior stairs or a dramatic, panoramic incline elevator. Each has a
King-sized bed.
Ocean Vista Building
Built on the highest point of the resort, Ocean Vista houses 32 luxurious panoramic suites and
two sumptuous Master Vista Suites. The complex features a private adult-only infinity pool and
Jacuzzi, the light fare of La Fragata Ocean View Restaurant, two elevators, and WIFI.
Additionally, a small meeting room for eight is available for executive conferences.
Vista Suites
Located in the Ocean Vista building, these 28 ocean-view one-bedroom suites feature every
imaginable amenity including plasma TV, mini-bar, sleeper sofa and a sumptuous bathroom
with a full-size tub and separate shower. Each suite offers a King-sized bed and an expansive
balcony with a private Jacuzzi.
Pacific Vista Suites
These two extraordinary corner suites have all the commodities of the Ocean Vista building and
offer a 260-degree ocean and jungle view, plus king-size beds and a larger balcony with a
Jacuzzi affording even more privacy.
Vista Master Suites
Offering panoramic ocean and jungle views highlighted by large windows and an expansive
balcony with private Jacuzzi, these two lavish master suites each feature a spacious master
bedroom and living room, two plasma TVs and all other luxury amenities. The master suites are
accessible via a private staircase adjoining them and can be rented separately or together for
families or groups. They offer King-sized beds and a sleeper sofa.
Presidential Suite
Sprawling and luxurious, the Cristóbal Colón Presidential Suite spreads over a 172 square
meters (1,851 square feet) and is truly one-of-a-kind in Central America. It is located in the main
building with direct access to restaurants, conference room, and the mezzanine. Three Kingsized beds.
Dining
La Galería
Live piano music complements fine dining at La Galería, an elegant ocean-view restaurant
overlooking the hotel’s gardens and beautiful pool area. The restaurant offers a diverse menu
and daily specials that spotlight the tropical flavors of local cuisine alongside Mediterraneaninspired dishes. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. An extensive breakfast buffet is included
in the room rates.
El Quijote
If you crave a relaxed ambiance and casual evening dining, El Quijote fits the bill. A varied
international à la carte menu offers both kids and grownups plenty of palate-pleasing options
prepared by our top chefs with fresh ingredients.
La Fragata Ocean View
Located at the property’s highest point in the Ocean Vista building, the casual La Fragata
Ocean View Restaurant serves up a selection of fresh fare and tasty cocktails with a side of
breathtaking views and cool ocean breezes. Pool bar service is available all day. Stunning
sunsets make this a great choice for early evening cocktails.
La Reina Private Dining
La Reina is an elegant medieval-style private dining room complete with a personal server.
Flickering candles provide a dreamy ambiance for a romantic rendezvous or an intimate
gathering.
La Cava Private Dining Room
Enjoy a romantic dinner in our very private wine cellar. White glove service comes with a
specialty menu you can create from any of the offerings of our on-site restaurants.
Don Juan
Relax with a before- or after-dinner cocktail in this cozy European-style piano lounge located at
La Galería Restaurant (outdoor seating is also available on the surrounding terrace.) This is a
great meeting place for old and new friends to share their day’s adventures.
El Galeón Pool Bar & Terrace Restaurant
Hungry and thirsty but don’t want to leave the cool waters of the beautiful main pool? We’ve got
you covered! A light lunch menu or sushi served on the terrace will meet your need for food
while the swim-up bar will take care of your thirst without your ever having to step on dry land.
Indulge in a tropical cocktail or a chilled local beer while gazing at the spectacular ocean view.
Sancho Panza Bar
Enjoy a game of pool or an after-dinner drink at this comfortable gathering place located on the
main floor of the hotel’s main building. Cushioned chairs encircling intimate cocktail tables and a

Sushi Bar

Spa
The Pacífica Spa is an oasis of calm near the jungle, with an expert staff of spa practitioners
and an inspired menu of wellness services offered in five treatment rooms. Private lockers,

independently or joining a scheduled class), steam room, plunge pool and a Swiss shower are

Meetings
Parador Resort & Spa is equipped to host groups both small and large in a variety of indoor and
outdoor locations. Expert staff will work to organize and execute conferences or events from
lodging to special menus and theme nights to providing equipment and onsite assistance to
orchestrating free-time activities and tours, domestic transportation and any other requirements
to ensure a successful and memorable affair.
Parador’s conference room can comfortably accommodate up to 64 people, with other sites—
including restaurants, suites, outdoor terraces, plus jungle and beach locations—available for
larger or smaller groups. The Resort features WIFI throughout; computer stations and audiovisual equipment also available onsite.

Sustainability
Our ideological “We Share” program and our commitment towards sustainable tourism,
community outreach and education are only some of the principles and initiatives that guide our
business and conscience. We also offer our support to several non-profit organizations
including:

Titi Conservation Alliance is devoted to protecting Costa Rica’s endangered Titi (squirrel)
Monkey in the Manuel Antonio area through Sustainable Development, Habitat
Reforestation and Environmental Education.

Copaza is a non-profit group dedicated to preventing violence and providing employment
and social opportunities – with a particular emphasis on at-risk kids – in the Aguirre
region of Costa Rica.
The hotel has established several recycling programs, as well as water and energy conservation
incentives throughout its facilities; we also employ composting and 100% biodegradable
detergents.
We grow our own microgreens in-house in a specially built and designed greenhouse—
hermetically sealed against pests and predators—where we planted organic seeds into large
trays of specially prepared soil. You’ll find Parador’s vibrant mix of microgreens at the salad bar
and accompanying a tasty variety of dishes in our restaurants.
Our organic composting center is located to one side of the greenhouse, where our resident
organic compost specialist makes our own compost and insecticides for our gardens out of
kitchen scraps.
