Develop a comprehensive retail development plan with the Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Redevelopment Authority & Commercial Development Authority for targeting new retailers & service providers for Monroeville and the downtown historic district Coordinate the partnership with the Monroe County Commission to develop new & existing industrial sites for Monroeville area jobs.
