Queen’s Park – Thai Oil and Aroma Massage

Swedish School – Sport Massage
Swedish muscle massage is based on a classical massage technique. It is used to refresh

Mystic Facial & Foot Massage
An osteopathic massage of the face and head combined with techniques to relieve
muscular tension and joint blocks in the cervical spine. This treatment utilises Neroli
essence, from the flowers of the bitter orange. A massage of the lower legs is also
performed, utilising acupressure and concentrating on the soles of the feet. In this
technique reflexology is combined with massage, from the toes up to the knees, and
uses 100% essential oils. The massage is popular due to its medicinal effects and for its

Shirodhara - Third Eye Massage

and hearing. A thin stream of warm healing oil flowing to the forehead (from a vase hanging above the
client`s head) goes over the head to the shoulders. This procedure leads to relaxation of the mind and
body. After about 20 minutes of massage of the ‘third eye’, clients will receive a massage of the head.
This therapy is very effective in treating sleep disorders, headaches, tiredness caused by mental
exhaustion or nervous system disorders. Shirodhara is a massage using special oil that nourishes the
scalp, gives hair shine and strength and prevents hair from greying.
Pindasveda - Herbal or Rice Pouches
