PROCEDURES FOR REPRESENTATION FOR CHILDREN, TEENS AND ADULTS
This information is for Actors who are seeking representation from Linda Townsend
Management, Inc.


Children must be at least 4 years old. (Younger children should follow our
procedures for Toddlers/Babies.)
We work with children and adults from newcomers to veteran professionals.
Procedures to follow if you would like to be considered for a personal interview/audition with
Linda Townsend Mgmt:
If you are seeking representation from Linda Townsend Management - please mail to our PO
Box the following:


-Your typed Cover letter which should include your address, phone numbers,
cell/pager numbers and email address. Children (under 18) must have a
parent/guardian send the cover letter
-Your 8 x 10 photo and acting resume **
**If you do not have a professional 8x10 photo, please send us a current snapshot or
school photo (something you do not need back as no submitted materials can be returned).
The acting resume should include - talent's name and Date of Birth, height, weight, Eye and
Hair Color, Size of Clothing, Union Affiliation (if any); Experience - such as school plays or
community theatre - choir performances etc and of course TV/Film, Voice-Over and Print
Experience. Also include Training - such as Vocal Training, Dance Lessons, Musical
Instruments, Acting Classes etc. List Languages/Accents - if you are bilingual for instance
in Spanish, please list "fluent Spanish" on your resume. If you can speak with accents please list them. For example: British, Southern, Caribbean Accents Etc. Please also tell us
any Special Abilities or Hobbies - include sports, hobbies, other things about the talent. For
instance if you have Teleprompter Experience or you have a current passport or you are a
Karate expert or Personal Trainer etc
*Remember pictures and resumes are not returned. Do not send any material which is
irreplaceable.

*It may be 6 to 8 weeks before your pic/res is reviewed by Linda Townsend - so please be
patient. Only talent selected for an interview will be contacted. Please do not phone to
inquire if we have received your pic/res. Due to the volume of mail that we receive - we are
not able to specifically track your envelope. Mail is held until LTM is seeing new talent - and
then at that time the mail is reviewed and talent are selected to be seen in person.
If it has been more than 8 weeks since you mailed your information - you may call, mention
the date you mailed your material and inquire if talent have been selected already.
Please do not send us information if you are not seeking an Exclusive, Personal Manager to
represent you. LTM does work with Agencies and Casting Companies and we are not in
conflict with them
