Ethical decision making program
Introduction
The purpose of this ethical decision making training course, is to provide and equip
both managers and employees with the necessary skills and knowledge on how to
make ethical decisions to enhance the values of the organization.
Objectives

To increase the organisations sensitivity to ethical problems by identifying
common influences in the decision making process.

To identify common ethical dilemmas.

Identify common barriers of the decision making process.

To bring about a greater degree of fairness and honesty in the workplace.
Target Audience
Ethical decision making affects everyone within the organization, however for the
purpose of this training course our target audience will be management.
Individual Preparation
The expectation would be that participants attending the training session would have
read the pre-course (History of Business Ethics) material available on:

Conceptual phase
Having absorb the study material participants will be ready for the theoretical phase
of the course, which entail the debating of ethical decision making
Experiential phase
On completion participants are required to complete assessments and continuous
