The objective of text mining is to find the hidden patterns and trends using Rapid Miner
and Tableau; this new knowledge is utilized to find the co-relation with different
scenarios in insurance industry and facilitate discovery of fraudulent activities in case of
compensation claims.
In typical Workers Compensation Claim Text Mining performs the following roles:

Detection of suspected claims by analyzing the prehistoric records and trends
followed
b.
Checking the ambiguous versions of the accidents
c.
Mismatch between versions of the accident and reasons of accident are found
out through complex statistical algorithms.
