Mr. Effi Shaked- ‫אודות המרצה‬
Effi Shaked is a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank's Global Markets division in
London where he is responsible for Structured Credit & Commercial Real Estate
transactions in core Europe (Germany, France, Austria & Switzerland).
Effi manages a team of structurers with a rich universe of assignments, investment
banking & securities knowledge and a versatile business model across different
credit sub-asset classes.
As a leading figure on DB's structured credit platform throughout the past 5 years,
Effi was involved in a spectrum of challenging transactions which
include instruments such as Synthetic CDO, Correlation swaps, CMBS, structured
liquidity and capital relief solutions and investment products such as Credit Linked
Notes, negative basis portfolios and Commercial Real Estate capital structure
design & distribution.
Effi is an Israeli national and holds a BA degree (summa cum laude) in Economics
and Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MA
degree (cum laude) in Mathematics from the Swiss Federal Institution on
Technology in Zurich (ETH).
