Abolitionists vs. Slavery Defenders
Students will split into groups in order to create a
newsletter related to the arguments discussed in class
today. Your newsletter should include the following
key elements:
a) An explanation of the argument
b) Reference to event(s) and/or justification of the
argument
c) Quotes from/references to primary sources (ie:
newspapers, newsletters, books, journals)
d) Visually appealing layout
