Designed and coded the following:


GUI based program to monitor the status of all the servers and printers for a
corporation. Displays a visual notification when any problems are observed.
GUI based steganography program. Users can input a .bmp file and another file of
their choice to be embedded in the image. The hidden file is securely encrypted
using a password and AES.

A program to retrieve information from Active Directory for auditing security
groups in a corporation. The user can select which groups to audit. The results are
placed in .csv file for easy viewing.

Android application to monitor the severity of impacts to a helmet (such as in
football or hockey). The application requires the Zephyr BioHarness to measure the
impacts, which are sent to the Android application wirelessly through Bluetooth.
An alert is sent to the user when a defined threshold is exceeded. Results are
stored in a database.

GUI based program to calculate the required size/length quarter-wave resonator
needed for a car exhaust in order to cancel out a specified sound frequency. This
can be used to reduce the noise of an exhaust by up to 30 dB.

Other programs created: Sports database management system, compact disc
management system, virtual memory simulator, and more.

Designed and maintained a website using ASP .NET MVC3 supported by an MS SQL
database.
Systems Administration

Managed and performed tape backups for a multi-million dollar corporation. All
server data in Florida was backed up using Symantec BackupExec.

Expert in PC repair and troubleshooting. Has supported engineers in a corporate
environment that uses over 10,000 different pieces of software.

Managed software licenses and inventory for a corporation.
Extensive knowledge of networking. Has four semesters worth of experience
working hands-on with Cisco servers, routers, and switches.
Configuration and management of Nortel PBX phone systems.


