The Delaware County Human Resources Association in partnership with Villanova University is proud to offer Certificate
in Professional Human Resource Management- Spring 2011 course. Scholarship Application
The course helps prepare participants for the HR Certification Institute's national examination for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) or Senior Professional
in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification. Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will receive the certificate in Professional Human Resource
Management from Villanova University, along with 3.5 Continuing Education Units. For those taking the course for recertification purposes, successful completion will
result in the awarding of 35 HR recertification credit hours. Visit http://www.villanova.edu/vpaa/continuingstudies/ for details and course locations.
Application for the scholarship is open to any individual whether or not they have been or are currently employed in the field of Human Resources. The scholarship
covers the cost of the course but not the costs of the test. The winner must be able to sign up for and take the course, through Villanova University, during the Spring
2011 session. The winner is encouraged, but not required, to sit for the PHR/SPHR test. ** Candidates interested in reregistering for the test should visit www.hrci.org
to review eligibility requirements.
