To assist in the monitoring process, I was tasked with developing a communication plan, allocating the necessary resources, and publishing a project plan. Manage several project initiatives that automate business processes to achieve greater productivity and efficiency throughout the organization. Managing these initiatives required scheduling, resource planning, and project planning. Scheduling for the larger projects was developed and published using MS Project.
