The abstract will be submitted via this application form
that will be send in by email including appendices to backoffice@nvtg.nl.
Please not that your abstract must be in English language.
The application form includes the following items.
HEADER: IN CAPITALS AND MAX 20 WORDS
Author:
Name of the author should include academic degrees
then indicating first name followed by last name.
Organisatie: Institution or Organization where the presenter works or is
representing, including name of city and country
Contact:
email-adress and phone-number and cellphone
for contacting by the organizing committee NVTG/IFHE
Author Biography
Include a text description of the curriculum vitae of the speaker as
introduction in circa 100 words: chronologic in relation to his/her career,
in the text first beginning with his current job and then backwards
storytelling to the initial education on university level.
Include a small photo
(passport-photo)
of the speaker
in high resolution
JPG format,
send as separate file
Submission related to topic number : for example session 5A
Paper body
Describe the content of the abstract in maximum circa 1000 words (circa one page).
Do not hesitate to frame your message with a short summary of 100-200 words.
Please be clear why and how the presentation connects to the targeted topic session number.
You are free to add pictures, images, graphs and tables to the text, these will not count in the wordmaximum. Please do note the maximum size of circa 6 MB of the abstract-documents.
Abbreviations and acronyms: all the abbreviations and acronyms used in the text should be spelt out in
full text when first mentioned, followed by the abbreviation of acronym in brackets.
