Multi Purpose Hall
The Multi Purpose Hall of Sri Sivan Temple comes with a spacious interior, fitted with
sound proof walls.
1. Suitable for weddings, Birthday and Anniversary Celebrations, Cultural Programs,
Religious Events, Discourses and Seminars.
2. Location: Second Floor, Mandapam (located on the North, opposite to Sri Saneeswaran
sanctum)
3. Capacity:
a) 150 pax (Seating arrangement with all movable chairs)
b) 200 pax- (Seating arrangement by laying out 4 rows of mat /carpet & the rest
all chairs)
4. Stage Size : W 5020mm x D 3350 mm x H 640mm
5. Audio & Lighting:
a)Fitted with the high quality audio and lighting equipment.
b)Fitted with sufficient power
6. Rest room (Toilet) available inside the Hall.
7. Changing Rooms for all functions available.
8. Dining Facilities:
a) Air-conditioned Dining Hall: Function rooms inside the temple can be hired.
b) Non Air conditioned Dining Hall: Mandapam, opposite to Sri Saneeswaran
sanctum can be hired.
9. Furniture Requirements:
a) Chairs and 6 ft long rectangular tables provided for dining at free of cost.
b) Round tables, Cushioned chairs, Carpets for laying on the floor, Rostrum to be
rented.
10. Catering Facilities:
a) Catering and sweets and savories can be arranged with the Temple kitchen.
11. Decorations:
Temple can help with the contact details of companies/ individuals specializing in
Wedding and Birthday functions. Decorations and dismantling is all the responsibility of
the hirer.
12. Manavarai is to be rented (can be arranged by the Temple) and Homakundam
(Sacrificial alters) is available.
13. Access to the Multi Purpose Hall: Easy access by Lift and Staircase
14. Access to the Temple:
a) The Temple is easily accessible by public transport such as bus and MRT
(Aljunied/Paya Lebar)
15. Parking space:
a) Ample public car parking lots available within 100mtrs (next to and opposite to
SST)
