APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT (STAFF POSITION)
Thank you for your interest in becoming a staff member at Trinity Christian College. Trinity is a four-year
liberal arts college located in Palos Heights, Illinois, a suburb twenty miles southwest of Chicago. College
enrollment in the traditional program is over 1,000, of whom about two-thirds live on campus. Trinity also
offers adult degree completion programs in business and education, serving an additional 300 students.
Since its founding in 1959, Trinity has provided its students with an excellent Christian higher education in
the Reformed tradition. We offer majors in the arts, humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences, as
well as professional programs in accounting and business administration, nursing, education, computer
science, pre-medicine, and pre-law. Trinity Christian College is accredited by The Higher Learning
Commission and a member of the North Central Association.

Application process. Each candidate will be asked to provide the following information.
1. Experience and education credentials. Through means of a resume and cover letter, provide a
summary of your educational preparation and current and previous job experiences.
2. Complete and sign the application for employment (see below).
3. Expression of faith commitment. On a separate page, describe your personal relationship to Jesus
and how it is expressed through your involvement with the body of Christ. Please indicate your church
membership and describe your participation. You may also refer to Trinity’s mission statement.
4. References. Provide at least three references. In selecting individuals to provide references, provide
one character reference and two work-related references.
