BLEACH FOR WOOD
DESCRIPTION: bicomponent product, ideal for bleaching all wooden surfaces without the
need for rinsing and without altering the wood’s fibres. It contains caustic soda and
oxygenated water. The product is corrosive.
USE: all untreated wooden surfaces
APPLICATION: by brush or by spray (low pressure)
HARDENER: SB10B at 50%
DILUTION: with water
REACTION TIME: 3 hours. This time also depends on atmospheric conditions and refers
to the time of maximum efficiency of the product. After 3 hours the bleach is no longer
efficient.
DRYING: after 72 hours it is possible to coat the bleach with acrylic or water based
products. It is advisable to lightly sand before coating.
METRIC YIELD: 50 g/m2 (this is approximate, as it varies depending on the type of wood
and application).
