Latin II Course schedule Fall 2011 NOMEN TUUM ____________________ The following is a list of the stage quizzes and the one test you will have in Latin II during the fall semester. The dates could change for various reasons, but not by more than a day or two. I hope by having this list from the beginning you will be able to prepare yourself better and stay on top of the work you need to do. As you know, there will also be numerous daily grades, which will come in between the quizzes. I will give you a detailed outline of each quiz as we approach it. Please refer to this schedule often, especially if you are absent. Remember that you are responsible for completing these assignments in a timely fashion. Please see me about problems or questions. August: During our review of Latin I, we will have a quiz everyday from 8/25 - 9/21. Details are on the reverse of this sheet. I hope you remember some of what you learned from Latin I in these areas, but there is not time to review and test. I strongly recommend that you do read as many of the stories from the Unit I book as you can…that is excellent practice. Reading and translation will become increasingly important as you move through Latin II.
