 Developed functional Human Resources and executive management reporting using
PeopleSoft Query and Crystal. Field mapping.
 Set-up of all required HR tables and loaded data using Import Manager.
 Participated in Conversion and Parallel Testing. Responsible for the HRIS functionalities,
which included data integrity and system analyses, salary administration, employee payroll
and personnel records administration.
 Promoted from Human Resources Administrator to HR Manager, selected for the PeopleSoft
Implementations team.
