These checklists are provided as a guide to assist developers and should accompany the HRA report required under Regulation 5 (2) (g)
of The Infrastructure Planning (Applications: Prescribed Forms and Procedure) Regulations 2009 together with the developer's screening
matrix. Consideration should be given to the presentation of information. Where appropriate developers could use a single checklist to
cover multiple European sites.
