In order to access your PLCU account on a 7-Eleven Vcom ATM you must first register, verify your identity, and create a PIN (Personal Identification Number). Follow these steps or call the Call Center at
(858) 495-3400 or Toll Free at (888) 495-3400. Some Vcom ATM's have a phone that you may use to ask for assistance.
Make sure you have the following before you begin: the last 5 numbers of your PLCU account number, your PLCU Debit or Credit card, your social security number, your home phone number, and your zip code.
1. Touch the touch screen to begin then choose your desired language.
2. Touch the CU Service Centers button.
3. Touch the letters in Point Loma Credit Union. The sequence of buttons is "P", then "Po", then "Poi", then choose "Point Loma Credit Union".
4. Follow the prompts to enter the last 5 digits of your account number.
5. Insert then remove your PLCU Debit or Credit card.
6. Follow the prompts to enter the last 5 digits of your social security number, the last 5 digits of your home phone numbers, and your 5 digit zip code.
7. After answering all of the prompts you will be asked to create a PIN. This PIN is only for accessing the
Vcom features and not necessarily your PLCU PIN number.
8. When registration is complete you may make transactions such as withdraw cash, deposit checks, pay a bill with a check, pay a bill via transfer, transfer money between accounts, or check your account balance.
Remember, you will need your PLCU Debit or credit card, your PLCU account number, and your new
Vcom PIN every time you use the Credit Union Service Center via a Vcom ATM.
