JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title Department Reporting to Principally relates to Business Development Intern Date of JD 21.10.14 Business Development and Partnerships Stakeholder and Events Manager Supporting the Business Development and Partnerships team - assisting with admin, diary management, and research support and undertaking tasks to ensure the efficiency of the department. Main purpose of role Administration support for the business development team Diary Management of the team and coordination of travel itineraries. Opportunity to coordinate the meetings and actions of the Medical Advisory Panel (MAP). Working with the digital team to ensure stakeholder/ funder related content is up to date on the website. An ambitious and motivating working environment Opportunity to experience the activities of a business development team Key Responsibilities Team administration & coordination: Diary management, travel coordination, minute taking, mail merges, assisting the team with admin support where required. Logo Licensing: Processing of logo enquiries and licenses Client Contact Management & Research: Updating and maintaining Drinkaware’s contact management database; researching public health organisations, NGOs and identifying contacts. Ensuring records are up to date and contain relevant, current information. Drafting stakeholder email bulletins to be sent out on a quarterly basis. Assisting wider team to work with a range of stakeholders, including Drinkaware funders, NGO and local government partners to promote Drinkaware campaigns. Responding to general queries to the department Communication and engagement: Support the team in planning and execution of Drinkaware’s communications and engagement activities N.B.
