We wish him all the very best in his new position. By now, you should have also received a letter confirming that my position has been made permanent. I am looking forward to working with you all as the school moves to the next stage of the journey. There are some very exciting opportunities which we are exploring for the future - we will be sharing with you in due course! As you are aware, this is a very short term – just five weeks and we have already completed one week. In order for us to fit in all the learning activities planned, I have decided to move the Easter Coffee Morning from Thursday 26th March and change it to an Easter Fayre on Friday 27th March from 3.00 – 4pm. As part of the preparation, the children’s homework will have an Easter theme – more details will follow shortly. I very much look forward to meeting lots of you there. We have designed choosing today, to recently held an Art Competition in order to start producing permanent art work to be displayed around the school, by the children. We were delighted with the quality and effort of all of the entries. It was a very tough decision one piece, but I am pleased to announce that Olivia H (5TL) was the overall winner. Invitations have been sent out children who produced a high quality piece of work, to join our G & T Art Club. Thank you to everyone who entered. I hope you all have a lovely weekend and look forward to seeing your children on Monday.
