This project involves Design & Development of Bonnet structure Hinge assembly concept, Spare Tire Assembly

Reverse Engineering of Sheet Metal Pats for Germany Tier-1 supplier:
Project involved legacy conversion of CAD data from input un-parametric solid to Catia V5 parametric model.
Created 2D manufacturing drawings for all sheet metal parts with Flat pattern views.



Created sheet metal parts using Generative Sheet metal design workbench in Catia V5.
Created 2D drawings for all the parts with all required dimensions and tolerances.
