PAF 401
Students will be responsible for researching a particular muscle. They will present:
Where each muscle starts (originates) and ends (inserts)
Explain the action and function/purpose of each of the muscles that were drawn
Demonstrate ways of working the muscle using body weight or other resources not found in the weight room
Exercises must have modifications for low-high weight and/or intensity and you must explain the purpose of the exercises (i.e. muscular endurance, muscular strength, toning, bulk etc.)
Research the kinds of stretches that may be helpful
Indicate the safety precautions
