In a Tobacco Sales Unit (drawers, doors or flippers), which must be completely covered and drawers, doors must be closed so that tobacco products are not visible to persons inside or outside of the shop. 4. When refilling the Tobacco Sales Unit; when requested by a customer; when removing tobacco products from the Sales Unit to give to a customer; when stocktaking; when moving cigarettes from storage location to the Sales Unit or vice versa.
