versions for strategic planning, budgeting and analysis to improve and support the Enterprise’s
telecommunications operations:

Cognos Planning was used to create strategic plans and budgeting that connected finance and
operations and real-time feedback to the teams engaged in planning, analysis and reporting process.

Cognos Finance with its multi-source data collection and integration capability was used to create
collaborative workflow corporate finance management and streamline Enterprise budgeting, forecasting,
consolidation and financial reporting processes and current information on key performance indicators.

Cognos Controller was used to consolidate multiple diverse international ledgers for the Enterprise’s 18
wholly owned subsidiaries and business segments accurately manage processes of consolidation.
Dimensions were defined to support collection and reporting of multiple levels for cost centers, products,
and customers to provide the core for operational and strategic decisions.

Cognos Customer Analytics was used to determine the top revenue generating customers, most
profitable customers, highest ROI for marketing and advertising.
