This scholarship rewards high school seniors who have demonstrated an exceptional
appreciation for community service with a $2500 award for college expenses. Applications

 Towne Club of Lancaster
Deadline of March 15th
The club offers scholarships to seniors planning on attending a technical school after
graduation. They usually award (5) scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each. Please see

 United Steel Workers Union
Deadline of March 15th
The applicant must be a member in good standing, or the son or daughter of a member of a
United Steelworkers District 10 local union; or the son/daughter of a disabled or old age
retiree or deceased member of an affiliated local union may apply. Please see the guidance

 ASHE Harrisburg

The American Society of Engineers is offering scholarships to students majoring in

 PA Association of Medical Suppliers

This scholarship recognizes outstanding students who have been successful in their
education pursuits while overcoming physical challenges with the help of home medical

 Lancaster Italian Society
Deadline of March 21st
High school seniors of Italian descent or who are children of members of the Italian
Cultural Society may apply. The Society will award (3) $2,000 scholarships to students who
excel in meeting the award criteria. Please see the guidance office for an application.
 Lancaster County Conservation
Deadline of March 28th
Any graduating senior that is majoring in natural resources and/or conservation please
stop in the guidance office for an application.
 Military Officer’s Association
Deadline of March 30th
Applicant must be a resident of Lancaster County and planning to attend a post-secondary
school. Applicant must have an immediate family member who has served (or is serving)
honorably in the US military. See the guidance office for an application.
 Building Industry Association
Deadline of March 31st
This is a scholarship available to a graduating senior that will enroll in a post-secondary
program for any trade that is for the residential building industry such as; plumbing,

The Land Surveyors’ Foundation is offering a scholarship to students who are pursuing a

A $500 grant will be given to the best qualifying candidate that is pursuing a college

The American Legion will award a $500 scholarship for ongoing education past high school.
There is a general education scholarship as well as one specific for those entering the

The Chapter is offering a $2500 scholarship to a student pursuing post-secondary

 Ervin L Steele Scholarship

This is a $500 scholarship offered to a graduating high school senior residing in Lancaster
County that is planning to major in nursing. Please see the guidance office for an

 Farm and Home Foundation
Deadline of April 18th
Any graduating senior that is planning on majoring in Agriculture or Family and Consumer

 Lancaster Dollars for Higher Learning
Deadline of April 30th
Lancaster dollars provides inters-free loans to qualifying students that will attend an
