This special celebrates 85 years of an American holiday tradition by looking back at the floats, balloons and

Run by the Miss Universe Organization, this pageant allows the winner to compete in the Miss Universe
competition. Live From Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Hosted by Giuliana Rancic and Nick

2012 Annual Miss Universe Pageant (61st Annual) (2 Hrs)
Miss Universe is an annual international beauty pageant. This year the event takes place in Las Vegas and is
hosted by Andy Cohen and Giuliana Rancic.
American Giving Awards, The (2nd Annual) (2 Hrs)
This awards show, presented by Chase, honors five charities in the United States in the fields of Education,
Human Rights, Health and Wellness, Community Leaders and Youth organizations. Celebrities from movies,
television, music and sports present to the various charities which will receive up to $2 million in combination
with a grand prize winner receiving $1 million. The show is taped at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium with special
musical performances. Joel McHale set to host.
An SNL Christmas (2 Hrs)
This special features a compilation of fan-favorite holiday sketches from “Saturday Night Live.”
A White House Christmas: First Families Remember (1 Hr)
Five first ladies, 10 first daughters and some first sons remember how Christmas was for them during their
time living in the White House. Meredith Vieira is set to host.
Betty White’s 2nd Annual 90th Birthday Special (1 hr)
This tribute to Betty White on her 91st birthday includes special musical performances, comedy and surprise
appearances. Betty also shares some of her memories and thanks those who are there to honor her. Those on
hand to pay their respect are Blake Shelton, Bill Cosby, Whoopi Goldberg, Sean Hayes, Rico Rodriguez, Lily
Tomlin, Sarah Silverman, President Bill Clinton, Vicki Lawrence, Katie Couric Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves,

Blake Shelton’s Not-So-Family Christmas (1 Hr)
In this new special, holiday classics as well as new music will be performed and a bunch of comedy bits will be
featured. Special guest stars include: Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson, Miranda Lambert, Larry the Cable
Guy, Jay Leno and Reba.
Christmas in Rockefeller Center (1 Hr)
The 15th annual telecast of the 80th annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony takes place live from New York
City, featuring a line-up of current musical hits as well as classic holiday performances. Performers include:
Trace Adkins, Mariah Carey, CeeLo Green, Victoria Justice, Chris Mann, Rod Stewart and Il Volo with special
appearances by Billy Crystal and Bette Middler. Co-hosted by Al Roker and Savannah Guthrie.
Clios: World’s Best Commercials, The (1 Hr)
This special celebrates 50 of the most innovative commercials and advertising campaigns from around the world
all nominated in the past year for CLIO recognition. Some of the biggest names in television, movies and sports
are featured in these commercials. Host TBA.
Dateline Special, A: The Little Prince (1 Hr)
A royal baby boy has just been born to Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge and the
world is watching as the third in line to the British throne is brought home. Join host Natalie Morales as she
provides an intimate look into the lives of this modern royal family.
Healing in the Heartland: Relief Benefit Concert (1 Hr)
This telethon concert is being held at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City to raise money for the
recent victims of the tornado that struck Oklahoma and Kansas in May 2013. Blake Shelton will headline the
event with performances by Miranda Lambert, Reba, Vince Gill and more.
Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together Concert (1 Hr)
Commercial-free concert to raise money for the American Red Cross’ relief efforts in the aftermath of
Hurrican Sandy. Some musical performances included: Jon Bon Jovi, Bily Joel, Bruce Springsteen, Christina
Aguilera, Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Brad Whitford, Sting and Mary J. Blige.
Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular (2 Hrs)
A 2-hour special performed live from New York City, presents viewers with a spectacular fireworks display,
celebrity guests and musical performances. Performances by Kenny Chesney and Katy Perry.
Michael Buble: Home for the Holidays (1 Hr)
Holiday variety special. Guest stars include Rod Stewart, Blake Shelton, Carly Rae Jepsen and Elmo. Songs
featured include “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Let it Snow,” “All I want for Christmas is You” and “Winter Wonderland.”
With the gift of television magic, Buble sings “White Christmas” in a duet with Bing Crosby.
Mr. Magoo’s Christmas Carol (1 Hr)
Fiftieth anniversary celebration of this animated take on the Dickens’ classic Ebenezer Scrooge tale. It was
first telecast on NBC in 1962. Voice talents include Jim Backus, Morey Amsterdam and Jack Cassidy.
National Dog Show Presented By Purina, The (2 Hrs)
As part of the Kennel Club of Philadelphia’s annual show, this program will feature more than 2,000 of the
nation’s leading canines representing more than 150 breeds. The world’s largest, smallest and most exotic
breeds are all competing for the “Best in Show” honors. Hosted by John O’Hurley with expert analyst David
Frei. Mary Carillo will report from inside the show ring.
NBC News Special-Valerie’s Story: a Meredith Vieira Special (1 Hr)

New Years Eve with Carson Daly (2½ Hrs)
Carson Daly brings in the New Year (2013) live from Times Square. Angela Kinsey will help Daly's coverage of
