 Managed the facilitation of a mandated on-line embedding learning coursework series: “Teaching in the 21st
Century”
 Conducted classroom visitations to assist in the data collection process, evaluation, and synthesis of technology
integration and assist Faculty with technology development
 Oversaw the observation process using Teaching Performance Record and CFF digital data collection tools
 Organized the “Flip the Switch” event displaying Upper Dublin’s implementation of the Classrooms for The
Future technology integration for both state and local government officials
 Enforced the meeting of grant deadlines by classified CFF teachers
 Developed and advised the S.W.A.T Team (Student’s Who Advance Technology) to assist teachers facing
technology issues in the classroom

 Built and maintained a district wikispace housing staff development materials, coursework action plans, video
tutorials, instructional handouts and web resources
 Developed a training program for embedded learning coursework facilitators to ensure grant compliance and
