Welcome Kindergarten and Developmental Kindergarten Families!
We are thrilled to have your child join us at Dublin Elementary School for the 2015-2016 school year. To assist
you with the registration process, we have provided you with a short checklist. Please be sure to have a copy of
each of these items for the school to keep on file when you register your child. Registration begins on March 4th
from 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM or from 1:00 PM-3:00 PM.
A copy of your online registration summary. To complete this information, please go here:

One copy of your child’s birth certificate.
Two proofs of residency. One copy must be a mortgage or rental agreement. A second copy must be a
PG&E, water, or garbage bill.
*If you are residing in a residence that is not in your name, you and the homeowner need to complete
the “Affidavit for Parent and Child Sharing a Residence with Another Adult”. Copies are available in our
front office.
One copy of current immunizations.
*Prior to our August 26th start-date, please provide our front office a copy of your child’s immunization
records that show your son/daughter’s information is compliant with the immunizations needed to
attend school in the state of California.
Upon your receipt of these items, a DK or K registration packet will be provided to you (beginning March 4th). In
addition, children registering for kindergarten will be provided a date and time to meet with our kindergarten
team for a brief “get to know you” interview. Your interview date and time is
