PROJECT APPRECIATION: Tech Services Appreciation Day (TSAD) ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN: TSAD is Coming EVENT: Ice Cream Social ENTERTAINMENT: 50’s music on cassette or CD player, ice cream eating contest (prizes given) ICE CREAM EATING CONTEST: DATE & TIME: COST ESTIMATE: $40 DETAILS: For the Ice Cream Social, 2 staff members will wear aprons and any 50’s/60’s type clothing they wish, including cut off t-shirt, black leather jacket, bobby sox, slicked down hair, big bow ties, baggy pants, etc. (Think “Happy Days”). They will have two coolers with dry ice morning of event. Staff will pick up ice cream and other food items, plastic gloves. Both will provide scoopers. Items to be served will include: (?) Sundaes, Ice Cream Cones, Ice Cream in a Cup, root beer floats, banana splits. Toppings will include chocolate syrup, cherries, strawberry topping, whipped cream. Also will have 1 pint of non-fat frozen yogurt for folks with lactose intolerance.
