Class Expectations
All written work is to be done in blue or black ink or typed. Ragged edges are to be cut
off.
1. Work is to be handed in when it is due. Late work is unacceptable.
2. Students are responsible to make up missed work, and this work is to be made up
no later than three days after returning.
3. Cheating/Plagiarism is unacceptable and will result in an automatic F grade on the
work being done.
4. Students are to be in their seats when class begins and to have books, paper and
pen with them.
5. Grading will be based on the following scale and distribution:
90-100 A; 80-89 B; 70-79 C; 60-69 D
Essays 15%; Selection Tests 35%; Daily Work 25%; Quizzes 25%
6. Quizzes may be given at any time, so students should come to class prepared.
