Open competitive Bidding will be carried out by adopting “Single Stage
Two Envelope” procedure. Bidders are required to be registered with
Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above for the Year 2015
having specialization Code CE-01 & CE-10. Joint Venture (JV) of maximum
two (02) firms is also admissible; however, both of the firms forming JV must
be licensed in the minimum Category as mentioned.

Bidders can download bidding documents from NHA Website. The
bidders are advised to visit the site before submission of bids. Bidders
representatives would be required to present the “Authority to submit the
Bid” while submitting the bids. The envelope containing “Technical Bid”
will be opened on the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidder’s
representatives who choose to attend.
Second envelope containing
“Financial Bid” of technically qualified bidder(s) will be opened later, the
date of which will be communicated after evaluation of the Technical Bids.

Bids must be received upto 1030 hours on or before 22nd February
2016 for Sr. No. 55 – 87 and upto 1030 hours on 23rd February 2016 for
Sr. No. 1 – 54 in the office of the General Manager (Khyber Pukhtunkhwa),
6-Park Lane, 24-B/1 University Town Peshawar.
5.
Bid Security of an amount mentioned in Bid Data Sheet, in the form
and validity as mentioned in the bidding documents, must be accompanied
with “Technical Bid”. Bidders are required to submit their bid strictly
in accordance to conditions of bidding document.
6.
The firms providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information are
liable to disqualification and/or legal action. NHA reserves the right to
reject all bids as per the PPRA Rule No.33(1).
