Historical development of three types of Modular LoadCarrying System which are patented by our company
S.P.M. Liberec Ltd.
Our systems were developed for the Czech Republic Army
and for its career soldiers as a part of “Field Equipment
Concept Implementation” project. The Systems are
designed to cater for all professional soldiers of all armed
forces - from infantrymen, members of reconnaissance
groups, military police to paratrooper and special units. It
was successfully tested in combat conditions, i.e. in Bosna,
Kosovo, Macedonia, Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan missions
and at joint excercises with NATO allied armed forces
(USA, GB, GER). Its variability allows for an adjustment of
individual parts according to specific function and/or field
assignment. The systems are manufactured in one size
that are possible to be modified according to users needs
thanks to the length-adjustable straps. Our systems are
compatible with NATO allied armed forces gear.

• The S.P.M Ltd at the end of 90´s won public tender on
development of special outfit equipment for Czech Army
– NATO modern.
• The Modular Load-Carrying System MNS-2000 has been
successfully introduced and implemented in 1999.
• Since 2000 has been manufacturing and delivering
to CZA.
• MNS-2000 was successfully tested into foreign missions.
• Since 2002 the Company has tried to solicit business
outside the Czech Republic territory.

NPP 2006 - Ballistic Panel Carrier
Ballistic panel construction:
(hereinafter referred to as the carrier). It is used for
soldier’s gear and weaponry transfer and for carrying of
ballistic protection. It secures a free access to the gear and
weaponry. It is compatible with all standard components
of ballistic and chemical protection of individuals and it is
also compatible with other NPP-2006 gear parts (magazine
cases, universal pocket, hand grenade casing, etc.).

The carrier is made from high-strength polyester fabric
with camouflage printing and from high-strength netting
with olive green colour. It is manufactured in three sizes M, L, and XL.

Wearing is solved by two variants:
Variant No. 1: front part in combination with back part.
Variant No. 2: front part in combination with back straps.
The back part is also supplied with the strap netting the
same way as the front part and it contains a pocket inside
for an insertion of ballistic protection. The shoulder straps
of the back part are reinforced by foam and the system
of length regulation is attached to them. It is attached to
the front part by means of high-strength clips, which are
sewed in the side edging. The back part is trimmed by the
fabric binding on the edges. A plastic setting strip is also
a part of the carrier.
Weight shall not exceed 2630 gramms at size Large and
new one are under 2300 gramms
perpendicularly and criss-cross and they create a regular
geometric net. Mutual distance of the horizontal and
vertical straps from each other is 25 mm. The vertical straps
are sewed on the fabric by means of strength sewing at the
place, where the vertical strap is attached perpendicularly.
The straps of the casings on the back part with the width of
20 mm can be threaded through the created loops.
Strap netting is used for attachment of the carriers and
NPP-2006 system equipment (magazine cases, gun sleeve,
universal pocket, casing for shot-gun shells, etc.).

NPP-2006
The New Universal Modular Load-Carrying System consists
of several modular components that allow the soldier to
carry tactical combat gear in the most effective manner for
lethality and survivability on the battlefield.

Main advantage of this new system is compatibility
consisting in the possibility attaching various types of
pouches with different systems of fixing. System of the
webbing allows for attachment of any MNS, NPP, MOLLE
and different systems pouches that a soldier may need in
his equipment. This system can be used by all military and
police units of the NATO and EU.

integrated rappelling and recovery system with sedentary
thimble and chest choker can be a component part of the
vest. It enables the user to perform any of activities aloft
(roping down, descending from helicopters, recovery,
special high building tactical activities) The vest can be
