Q33: proposal to introduce a new social responsibility code provision
A: Yes, definitely. Make changes as per pages 50/51. More clarity needed on details of one-stop self
exclusion mechanism. The self-exclusion list should be held by Gambling Commission.
Q45: remote gamblers able to self-exclude via an automated process.
A: Yes, definitely. Choice between automated or personal customer service should be available.
