We are located in the Roseville Medical & Dental Center on the corner of County Road C and
Fairview Avenue in the Multicare Clinic – first floor in Roseville, MN.
From the North:
Take I-35W South to the County Road C exit. Turn left at the stoplight at the bottom of the exit
ramp. The next stop light will be County Road C, take a left. At the 2nd set of stoplights on County
Road C, take a left onto Fairview Avenue. Take your first left into the parking lot behind the
Roseville Medical & Dental Center. We see patients in the Multicare clinic space on the first floor.
From South:
Take I-35W North Highway 36 East to Fairview Avenue. Turn north onto Fairview Avenue. Follow
Fairview Avenue past the Rosedale Mall to County Road C. We see patients in the Multicare clinic
space on the first floor.
From the East:
Take Highway 36 West to Fairview Avenue. Turn right (north) onto Fairview Avenue. Follow
Fairview Avenue past the Rosedale Mall to County Road C. The Roseville Medical & Dental Center
is located on the corner of Fairview Avenue and County Road C. Turn left into our parking lot
behind the Roseville Medical & Dental Center. We see patients in the Multicare clinic space on the
first floor.
From the West:
Take Highway 36 East to Fairview Avenue. Turn north onto Fairview Avenue. Follow Fairview
Avenue past the Rosedale Mall to County Road C. The Roseville Medical & Dental Center is
located on the corner of Fairview and County Road C. Turn left into our parking lot behind the
medical building. We see patients in the Multicare clinic space on the first floor.
