Chris Batchelor Tennis Scholarship
The Fairview School Foundation is offering a $1,500.00 scholarship to a graduating
male tennis player. The primary consideration for this award will be the applicant’s
participation in tennis, academic achievement, and school spirit.
The completed application must be submitted no later than March 29, 2016.
Applications received after this date will not be considered.
Please submit the typed completed application and your Fairview High School transcript
that includes your grades from 9th grade through the first semester of your 12th grade
