The basis and extent of the Vendor's liability towards a consumer Customer for nonconformity of the Product to the Purchase Agreement are detailed in particular in the Act on The Terms and Conditions of Consumer Sales and amendments to the Civil Code from 27 July 2002 (Dz. U. No. 141, item 1176, as amended). 2. A notice stating the nonconformity of the Product to the Purchase Agreement and the Customer's requests for action can be sent by e-mail to: info@bejeans.eu or by post to: LEVI’S® Lee Wrangler CH WOLA PARK, ul. Górczewska 124, 01-460 Warszawa, Poland. Whenever it is possible and necessary for the evaluation of nonconformity to the agreement, the Product in question must also be delivered to the above address. 3. The Vendor will address the Customer's complaint without delay, within 14 days from the receipt of the Customer's notice. A response regarding the complaint will be sent to the address provided by the Customer, unless the Customer chooses a different method. 4. In cases where there is a warranty on the Product, the warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer's rights arising from the nonconformity of goods to the agreement. 5. In cases when the Product is exchanged or repaired due to nonconformity, the Vendor bears the cost of the exchange or repair, including the cost of delivery of the Product for the purpose of complaint review, exchange or repair.
